My name is Philip Vallely.

I am a Commercial Property Manager with the Hamilton Company. My firm owns three strip malls, located on Route 9, one in Natick and two in Framingham , MA., of which I am the manager.

Hamilton first met Apple D'Or when our company bought Stales Plaza. Apple D'Or was the maintenance / landscape vendor in place at the time. After discussing their performance with the tenant's at the plaza the decision was made to retain them and we are glad we did.

Apple D'Or is a professional and dependable company. They do excellent work at reasonable rates. Their services run the gamut from Spring and Fall clean up, lawn mowing and weeding, plant fertilization, mulch installation, tree and plant replacement, tree removal and flower plantings. There is not an area relating to landscape that they cannot handle.

In addition, parking lot maintenance / cleaning is a task they do extremely well. Picking up loose trash, hand sweeping or power washing sidewalks, machine sweep lots, re-strip lines. Again they can do whatever is needed.

Snow removal is another area in which they excel.

Apple D'Or is now engaged as the principal vendor at each of the three malls and do a terrific job.
